On September 22nd, Henan KELAIWEI company held a simple but formal foundation laying ceremony for the construction of comprehensive workshop. The leading group and Construction party of Henan KELAIWEI company participated in the foundation laying ceremony.

Wu Shaojun, the general manager, announced the formal commencement of the comprehensive workshop construction project, and emphasized that the Three Guarantees (safety, quality and progress) should be well done during the construction period. In the applause, the guests present held the Golden Spade together, raised the soil to cultivate the foundation, and announced that the construction of the comprehensive workshop was officially started, laying the foundation for the next step of expanding production capacity.
