On the afternoon of November 18th, the November lean special meeting of Henan KELAIWEI Company was held in the conference room on the second floor of the company. A total of 16 people attended the meeting, including general manager Wu Shaojun, deputy general manager Wang Shujie and lean improvement specialist.

Zhang Zhaofeng, director of improvement office of KELAIWEI company, summarized the lean work of the company in 2021 and made a preliminary plan for the lean plan in 2022. Visitors to Xuji Group shared the benchmarking, and put forward valuable suggestions for the internal management of the enterprise in combination with the visiting situation.

At the meeting, lean specialists made concluding speeches one after another. General Manager Wang emphasized that everyone should make up for the shortcomings through visiting and communicating or summarizing and learning, and unite together to promote the progress of all work.

President Wu emphasized that the lean improvement team should gradually implement the elimination system of the last place, create excellent teams, and make good use of the power of "model" to influence, drive and help other employees, and make progress and grow together. (Yang Yaochang)
